Quantum Frame
Privacy Policy
Version 1.1 | September 9, 2026
1. Who we are and scope
CyberCrew Studios LLC operates Quantum Frame and the game services we provide. This notice explains personal information used for the game, multiplayer, optional CyberCrew Arcade connections, support, and game eligibility and agreement records. Contact support@cybercrewstudios.com or write to CyberCrew Studios LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
CyberCrew Arcade has a separate Privacy Policy and is restricted to eligible adults aged 18 or over. This notice covers the game itself, including play without an Arcade connection. Epic Games, wallet services, blockchain networks, and other independent providers operate under their own privacy notices. The Arcade notices are available at https://www.cybercrewarcade.com/privacy and https://www.cybercrewarcade.com/terms.
2. Information used by the game
Storefront and online services process account identifiers, display names, authentication and session information needed to sign in, connect players, and operate multiplayer. CyberCrew's game integration uses Epic identifiers and authentication tokens to authenticate supported connections. A token is authentication material, not a request for your Epic password.
The game uses gameplay and session information such as selected characters, equipment, customization, player position and actions, team membership, health, scores, match timing, and session participation. Other participants receive the information needed to present and synchronize multiplayer. Settings and saved loadouts may be stored on your device. Local diagnostic files can include device/software details, identifiers, connection events, and errors. Information included in reports you send to us is received by Support; local files are not all automatically uploaded merely because they exist.
Network services and the hosting infrastructure process connection information, including IP addresses and technical request data. Sessions can be hosted by another player. Hosts and networking providers process the information needed to run the session; depending on the connection route, peers may be able to observe network addresses. Do not assume a player-hosted session makes your network address private from its host.
If you contact Support, we process the contact details, messages, screenshots, diagnostic files, and other evidence you provide. Please remove unrelated personal information before sending files. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, recovery phrases, or private keys.
Quantum Frame's entry screen does not ask for or evaluate a birthday. When you accept, it saves a local receipt containing the agreement version and document fingerprints, a local timestamp, and whether you made the optional adult declaration to enable Arcade linking. It does not record a birthday, an age band, or a separately selected player/guardian role. Acceptance and any adult declaration are not independently verified identity or parental-consent records. Epic and other technical service providers may process information needed to deliver or launch the game before this screen appears; their account restrictions do not establish that CyberCrew independently verified a player's age.
3. Optional Arcade connection and digital assets
Eligible adults can pair their Epic identity with an Arcade account. Arcade verifies wallet control and supported digital-asset holdings and supplies the game with supported access decisions and related account information, such as a linked display name and supported progression information. The game does not need your complete wallet inventory to apply those decisions. Arcade handles the account, wallet associations, ownership checks, and associated records under its separate notice.
Your player account, wallet ownership, NFT-character progression, selected visual avatar, external identity, and item entitlements are distinct records. An NFT transfer does not transfer your account or make the previous owner's private account information available to the buyer. Public blockchain transactions remain visible independently of CyberCrew. Disconnecting an account or deleting local game files does not remove blockchain records.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide and maintain gameplay, authenticate supported connections, save settings, synchronize multiplayer, evaluate item access, provide support, investigate misuse, protect systems, and maintain appropriate agreement and eligibility records.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant basis depends on the processing: performance of a contract where a valid contract applies and processing is necessary to deliver it; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and troubleshooting services after considering users' rights, including children's interests; compliance with applicable legal obligations; or consent where consent is legally required. Accepting the game agreement does not provide blanket consent to marketing or optional tracking. We will obtain separate consent where required before introducing processing that relies on it. A child's interests and applicable age rules must be considered rather than assuming a parent's agreement validates every use of data.
5. Disclosure and service providers
Information needed for multiplayer is disclosed to session hosts and other players. We use providers for storefront distribution, authentication, online connectivity, hosting and infrastructure, and support communications. The optional Arcade connection also uses Arcade's hosting, database, and ownership-verification providers. Providers receive information needed for the services they perform, subject to the arrangements and applicable law governing that relationship.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. If the business or relevant assets change ownership, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and this notice. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the game features described here.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Some information remains in local saved-game, configuration, or log files. Online service and support records are stored by CyberCrew or its providers. We retain information for the purposes described, including operating services, resolving support cases and disputes, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining necessary security records. The period depends on the record, purpose, applicable law, and whether a dispute or preservation obligation applies. Local files may remain until you remove them; uninstalling a game does not necessarily remove all saved data.
We use safeguards appropriate to the systems and risks, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups or independent providers' records. Retained information remains subject to applicable protection and retention obligations.
7. International processing
CyberCrew is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where a restricted international transfer requires safeguards, we must use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as approved contractual safeguards or a valid adequacy decision. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information. Accepting game terms is not a substitute for a required transfer mechanism.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to use the optional Arcade connection, change available game settings, and remove local game data. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. We do not retaliate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to support@cybercrewstudios.com and identify Quantum Frame. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm the requester's identity or authority, without requesting passwords or private keys. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Some records may be retained when law permits or requires; we will explain an applicable limitation. For an applicable state privacy appeal, reply asking for an appeal if we decline your request. You may also contact the relevant regulator. Epic account requests go to Epic; Arcade offers a separate account-deletion flow and support process. Deleting one account does not automatically delete an independent provider's account.
9. Younger players
Quantum Frame is intended for players aged 13 and older, subject to higher applicable regional or storefront requirements. Where a player cannot legally accept the game agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept it. Arcade and its account-linking features remain 18+; a parent's permission to play Quantum Frame does not create an exception.
We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use Quantum Frame. If you believe we have collected personal information from an ineligible child, contact Support so we can investigate, restrict the relevant access, and delete or otherwise handle the information as required. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's data and applicable rights. A content rating is not proof of a player's age, and a checkbox is not independent verification of a guardian's identity. We must apply any additional safeguards required for the processing and region involved.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the game or our practices. We will identify the revised version and provide notice of material changes as required by law. We will request any new consent that is legally required rather than treating continued use as consent to unrelated processing. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@cybercrewstudios.com.
