Quantum Frame

Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Version 1.1 | September 9, 2026

This agreement ("Agreement") is between you and CyberCrew Studios LLC ("CyberCrew," "we," "us," or "our") and governs the Quantum Frame game, updates, and related game services we provide (the "Game"). Read it before accepting. It takes effect for you when you affirmatively accept it. If you do not agree, do not proceed into the Game; any applicable storefront refund or other statutory right remains available.

1. Eligibility and players below the age of majority

You must be at least 13 years old to play Quantum Frame and meet any higher age requirement that applies to the Game, your storefront, or your region. Quantum Frame is not subject to Arcade's blanket 18+ restriction. An age rating describes content suitability and does not by itself resolve contractual capacity or parental-consent requirements.

If you have not reached the age at which you can legally enter this Agreement where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept it on your behalf before you play. The parent or guardian permits your use and must supervise it as reasonably appropriate, subject to applicable law. Do not claim to be an adult or use another person's identity to bypass an eligibility requirement.

CyberCrew Arcade is a separate service restricted to people who are at least 18 and otherwise legally eligible. Parental permission to play Quantum Frame does not authorize an under-18 player to create an Arcade account, borrow one, or use Arcade account-linking features. An Arcade account or wallet is not required for Quantum Frame features offered without that connection.

2. Your game license

Subject to this Agreement and applicable storefront terms, CyberCrew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to install and play authorized copies of the Game on devices you are permitted to use. The license is non-transferable except through an expressly authorized storefront feature or where applicable law requires otherwise, and lasts while your right to use the Game has not lawfully ended.

The Game is licensed, not sold. CyberCrew and its licensors retain ownership of its software, artwork, characters, sound, interfaces, trademarks, and other protected content, except for rights you independently hold under a separate license. Your license permits ordinary gameplay and use of features made available to you; it does not give you source-code access, ownership of the Game, or a right to distribute its files or underlying assets.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or extract protected Game content, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the Game except as expressly authorized or permitted by law despite this restriction. You may not incorporate Unreal Engine technology or other third-party licensed content from the Game into another product or project under this Agreement. Separate valid licenses and non-waivable legal exceptions remain unaffected.

You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots and recordings, including monetized gameplay commentary, to the extent CyberCrew controls the relevant rights and subject to third-party music, platform rules, privacy, and other applicable rights. This limited permission does not authorize redistribution of raw assets, imply endorsement, or override a separate confidentiality obligation for a private test.

3. Storefronts, third-party licenses, and agreement priority

Acquiring or playing the Game through the Epic Games Store also subjects your use to the applicable Epic agreements. Epic Games and other independent providers are not parties to this Agreement merely because they distribute, authenticate, or support the Game. Their own services and transactions remain governed by their applicable agreements.

For use through Epic, its Store EULA controls a conflict to the extent that EULA requires. Separate asset and open-source licenses control rights they independently grant in their respective materials. This Agreement grants no rights broader than CyberCrew is authorized to grant. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting restriction.

4. Accounts, multiplayer, and connections

Use an authorized storefront account and keep its access secure. You must not impersonate another player, sell or share a Game account to evade restrictions, or access another person's account without authorization. Notify support@cybercrewstudios.com if you believe a CyberCrew-related connection has been compromised; storefront account recovery may also require contacting the storefront.

Multiplayer requires the supported Game version, compatible settings, a working connection, and available services. Sessions may depend on player hosts as well as third-party infrastructure. Disconnections, host changes, interrupted matches, or service outages may affect play and results. We do not promise uninterrupted sessions, successful recovery after every host departure, or an award for every interrupted match.

Do not use network tools, session controls, or host privileges to disrupt other players, obtain unauthorized access, or manipulate results. Ordinary connection failures are not themselves cheating. Any data processing for authentication, multiplayer, diagnostics, and security is described in the applicable CyberCrew privacy notice, which must be accessible from the Game and its official pages.

5. Optional Arcade and wallet-linked content

Eligible adults may choose to pair their verified Epic identity with a CyberCrew Arcade account and use supported wallet connections. That connection is governed by the separate Arcade Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Linking does not merge the accounts or transfer ownership of either account.

Arcade may supply the Game with approved unlock decisions based on eligible holdings. This does not require the entitlement response to provide the Game with your full wallet inventory. A connection, selected avatar, marketplace listing, or similar token name does not by itself establish entitlement to an item.

Supported asset eligibility depends on the specific network, collection, token, quantity where relevant, and item rules. An asset is not supported merely because CyberCrew created it or because another CyberCrew product supports it. Consult the official item description before acquiring an asset for use in Quantum Frame.

Wallet connection and verification are optional for content offered without them. Normal pairing does not require sending an NFT to CyberCrew or disclosing a recovery phrase or private key. Separately offered purchases or blockchain transactions require their own authorization and disclosures.

6. Items, ownership changes, and gameplay effects

Characters, weapons, attachments, and appearances may have eligibility requirements. Their effect is the effect described for the specific item in the current Game; these Terms do not represent every gated item as cosmetic or promise a competitive advantage. We may adjust gameplay characteristics through reasonable balancing and maintenance, subject to express purchase commitments and applicable law.

If you transfer an asset, unlink a wallet, or otherwise stop satisfying its eligibility rules, access to its gated content may end after verification. A new eligible holder may obtain access after their own verification. Provider failures, stale data, network changes, and service limits can delay this process or temporarily restrict access. A mistaken or cached unlock does not establish permanent eligibility. Contact support if an eligible unlock appears incorrect.

Token ownership, the license to underlying artwork or files, permission to play the Game, and entitlement to a specific in-game item are distinct. Selling a token does not transfer your Epic account, Arcade account, personal profile, or account-wide progression. A temporary suspension or account ban does not authorize CyberCrew to seize a token in your external wallet.

NFT-character progression maintained by Arcade follows Arcade's collection and progression rules. Some records may remain tied to a supported token identity; standard ERC-1155 owner-copy records may instead remain associated with the player and become inactive when eligible quantity falls. Do not assume a token purchase transfers a seller's individual character history. Quantum Frame does not promise that Arcade XP, currencies, or achievements are usable or synchronized in the Game merely because account pairing is available.

Any separate license you lawfully hold for a specific asset continues under its own terms. This Agreement does not revoke an independently granted commercial or download license, but that license does not create perpetual server access or rights in unrelated Game content. CyberCrew does not guarantee token resale value, liquidity, appreciation, returns, or support by every future game or network.

7. Fair play and community rules

You must not:

  • Use cheats, aim automation, unauthorized gameplay bots, modified clients, network manipulation, or other tools that provide an unauthorized competitive advantage.
  • Exploit bugs to obtain protected items, fabricate scores, duplicate rewards, evade ownership checks, or manipulate matchmaking and rankings.
  • Threaten, harass, stalk, dox, scam, discriminate unlawfully, distribute prohibited sexual exploitation material, or infringe another person's rights.
  • Impersonate CyberCrew, phish for credentials, distribute malware, spam players, or deliberately disrupt sessions and services.
  • Evade a valid account restriction, facilitate unauthorized account access, or use the Game for unlawful activity.

Ordinary accessibility tools and permitted controllers are not prohibited solely because they assist a player. They must not automate competitive gameplay or circumvent protections. Report suspected cheating, abuse, or vulnerabilities through available reporting tools or support@cybercrewstudios.com. Do not exploit a vulnerability or publish another person's private information to demonstrate it.

We may validate results and correct fraudulent, duplicate, exploited, or erroneous records. Security and moderation measures must be proportionate and lawful. This Agreement does not claim that a particular anti-cheat product is installed or authorize undisclosed device monitoring.

8. Player content and privacy

You retain rights you own in content you submit to the Game or its support features. You grant CyberCrew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to provide the requested feature, investigate reports, maintain security, and operate the Game. Our service providers may exercise that license on our behalf for those purposes.

The license does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated commercial resale. It ends when the content is removed from our systems, except for reasonable legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping retention and copies others lawfully received. You must have the rights necessary to submit the content. Messages, names, and gameplay information made visible in multiplayer may be seen or recorded by other participants.

CyberCrew's applicable privacy notice explains personal-information handling and available rights. Acceptance of this Agreement is not consent to optional advertising, marketing, analytics, or other processing for which a separate lawful consent is needed. Epic and other independent providers publish their own privacy notices. Arcade's notice applies to Arcade processing when you choose that connection.

9. Price, purchases, refunds, and third-party transactions

The base Game is offered free to play. Optional items or external digital assets may require separate acquisition. This Agreement does not authorize a charge, create a subscription, or promise the future availability of paid content. Any paid offer must disclose its content, price, applicable fees, and material conditions before you authorize it.

For a transaction through a storefront, follow that storefront's purchase, cancellation, and refund process. For a direct CyberCrew transaction, contact support@cybercrewstudios.com and refer to the terms presented at purchase. External NFT marketplace transactions are governed by the applicable seller, marketplace, network, and asset terms. CyberCrew's ability to assist does not mean it can reverse a blockchain transaction or issue a refund on another seller's behalf.

Nothing in this Agreement creates an unconditional no-refund rule, excuses non-delivery, or removes mandatory consumer remedies. Where immediate digital delivery requires a separate acknowledgment or consent, acceptance of this general Agreement does not provide it. Do not make a purchase solely in reliance on unconfirmed roadmap features, speculative resale value, or third-party promises that CyberCrew has not authorized.

10. Development, updates, and service changes

The Game may be offered in Early Access or another identified development stage. Such builds may contain defects, incomplete features, balance changes, or test restrictions. The published description for the relevant release identifies its available content. These Terms do not promise a campaign, a particular map count, a fixed update schedule, or a date for any future feature.

We may provide patches and reasonably change gameplay, item balancing, compatibility, and services. Updates may be required for online play. We will identify planned test-data resets and material development restrictions before participation where reasonably practicable. This is not a blanket promise that progress will never reset, or permission to disregard express commitments made for paid content.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes to paid access or permanent service closure where practicable, and any legally required refund, cancellation, or other remedy. Urgent security, legal, and technical changes may require immediate action. Continued on-chain ownership does not guarantee that an online Game service will operate forever.

11. Moderation, restrictions, and termination

We may remove prohibited content, correct improperly obtained records, restrict features, or suspend or end access for material or repeated breaches, fraud, ineligibility, credible security threats, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct a remediable breach. Immediate action may be needed to protect players or the service.

You may request review at support@cybercrewstudios.com, identifying the affected account and relevant facts without sending passwords or private keys. A review does not guarantee reinstatement. These Terms do not shorten statutory complaint or appeal rights. Ordinary gameplay mistakes or unintended disconnections do not automatically establish misconduct.

You may stop playing at any time. Account disconnection and deletion requests follow the applicable privacy notice; deleting a CyberCrew connection does not automatically delete an Epic account or public blockchain records. When this license lawfully ends, stop using and remove Game copies except where a separate lawful right permits retention or use. Accrued consumer remedies and independently held asset rights remain.

12. Unreal Engine and third-party content disclaimer

Quantum Frame incorporates Unreal Engine technology and may incorporate third-party licensed content. Your permission to use those materials under this Agreement is limited to their object-code or other permitted incorporated form as an inseparable part of the Game and only as necessary to use the Game as authorized. This Agreement does not license the underlying engine or content for reuse in another project.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND LIABILITIES RELATING TO THE UNREAL ENGINE LICENSED TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY LICENSED CONTENT INCORPORATED IN THE GAME ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT THOSE MATERIALS WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

This disclaimer does not exclude any right, warranty, condition, duty, or liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, or any obligation independently undertaken by the relevant provider under its own agreement. Third-party and open-source license notices remain applicable to their respective materials.

13. CyberCrew warranties and limitation of liability

Except for express commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Game and free or test features are provided as available without a promise that they will meet every personal expectation or be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CyberCrew disclaims implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory duties of reasonable care, digital-content conformity, updates, and consumer remedies remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CyberCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, lost business profits, or speculative changes in digital-asset value arising from the Game. This exclusion does not remove liability for a consumer's foreseeable loss where applicable law requires compensation.

Where a contractual cap is permitted, CyberCrew's aggregate liability arising from this Agreement is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to CyberCrew for the affected Game service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The cap does not limit refunds or mandatory remedies, or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not cap a storefront's or other provider's independent obligations.

14. Disputes and governing law

Contact support@cybercrewstudios.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Informal discussion is encouraged but does not impose a mandatory waiting period or prevent a timely court claim, regulator complaint, or other available remedy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Delaware law governs this Agreement without its conflict-of-law rules, and proceedings may be brought in state or federal courts in Delaware with jurisdiction. Mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction remain available; this clause does not impose an exclusive Delaware forum where those rights apply.

This Agreement does not require private arbitration, waive class-action or jury-trial rights, or shorten statutory limitation periods. Applicable small-claims and consumer remedies remain available.

15. Changes and general terms

We may revise this Agreement prospectively, identify the updated version, and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Game or appropriate communications. We will request renewed affirmative acceptance where required or where a material change warrants it. Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed transactions or existing disputes. If you decline a change, you may stop using the affected service and retain applicable cancellation and refund rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed to the extent necessary and the rest continues where lawful. Not immediately enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver. You may not transfer this Agreement or your account except as expressly allowed or required by law. CyberCrew may transfer the Game and this Agreement in a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable law, privacy commitments, and your mandatory rights, without reducing obligations already owed.

This Agreement and applicable transaction terms form the agreement between you and CyberCrew for the Game, subject to the priority rules in section 3. Provisions that by their nature must continue after termination, including intellectual-property protections, obligations already incurred, lawful limitations, and dispute provisions, continue to that extent.
